Design
Each job starts with our experienced sales personnel visiting the proposed site to complete a thorough survey to obtain all the relevant information to produce the appropriate play area.
When all the relevant information has been obtained our dedicated design team spring into action to design the tailor made playground of your choice. This is done by using state of the art three dimensional draughting and rendering computer packages. Once you are completely satisfied with your chosen design, our highly skilled team of fabricators manufacture your equipment using high quality steel to the relevant European standards. All fabrication is completed in house at our manufacturing facility in North Wales.
The next stage your equipment will pass through is the coating process. Firstly the surface of the steel is shot blasted to SA2.5. We then apply a 60 micron thick epoxy based zinc phosphate primer. This is a sacrificial coating and is intended as a rust inhibitor. We then apply a 70 micron thick coating of polyester powder which gives our equipment its vivid colour. All this is then baked together in an oven to form a resilient coating that will protect your play equipment for many years to come.
